AB - The dimensionless analysis is a highly effective mathematical tool for the  physical comprehension of intricate phenomena. This paper employs the  aforementioned mathematical tool to study the 3-D printing process. A  number of criteria for a precise printing process have been identified,  which can be used to optimize the printing process and offer a new strategy  to improve its printing accuracy.
