AB - The sterile paper-plastic barrier system for packaging sterilized medical  equipment is studied, the main factors affecting its breakdown are  revealed, and the inhalation rate during the pressure sterilization is  experimentally analyzed. The results offer a new window of opportunity for a  stricter risk-analysis and a robust strategy for the pressure sterilization,  and this paper can be served as an example of strict clinical applications.
